Background: Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) first came to China in December 2019 and had become a public health emergency. There was sudden rise of COVID-19 cases its deaths. Aims Objectives: This study intends the estimation breakthrough infection among patients estimate vaccination effectiveness concerning severity disease. Materials Methods: conducted Mc Gann teaching hospital. The who were attending Ayush Triage included study. sample size 200 estimated for July 5–August 4, 2021, (1 month).
